Fill in the required fields at http://www.acdc.com/contests/ by March 1st for eligibility. Duplicate entries will be disqualified. Prize winner will be selected at random, and will be notified via e-mail or telephone on March 8th.

ELIGIBILITY:
The "Carry Me Home: Win A Cliff Williams Signed Bass" sweepstakes is open to the public. Entrants must be 18 years of age and older at time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives of UltraStar Entertainment, LLC (Sponsor), ACDC.com, any other sponsors and their agencies and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates and subsidiaries and the immediate family members of any of the foregoing, are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes.
SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD:
The sweepstakes begins January 23rd, 2008 at 12:01am, and will run through March 1st, 2008 at 11:59pm. Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.
HOW TO ENTER:
Beginning January 23rd, 2008, you may enter the sweepstakes by visiting http://www.acdc.com/contests/. Alternatively, you may enter the sweepstakes by mailing your first and last name, birth date, zip code, e-mail address and cell phone number to: AC/DC Carry Me Home, 45 Main St, Suite 636, Brooklyn, NY 11211. By mailing in your entry, you are opting into the ACDC.com newsletter unless otherwise specified. All letters must be postmarked by the last day of the sweepstakes for eligible entry.
Please do not call or email personal requests to ACDC.com. This may result in disqualification.
ELIGIBLE ENTRY:
An eligible entry must be received as described above. Multiple entries will result in disqualification. By entering, entrants agree to comply with these official rules including all eligibility requirements. Neither UltraStar Entertainment LLC, ACDC.com, nor their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies, nor any telephone network or service providers, is responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access any online service or Web site, or any other error or malfunction, or any injury or damage to participants or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading of any materials in this drawing. WINNER SELECTION:
One (1) winning entry will be chosen at random. Winner will be notified by 11:59 pm EST on March 8, 2008 by e-mail message or by telephone. The potential winner will have 72 hours from the moment notification is issued to respond to such notification. If winner does not respond within said period, winner forfeits their prize to be given to another submission selected by judges. By accepting prize, winner consents to the use of name, voice and/or photographs and use of submission for promotional purposes, including but not limited to the posting of winners' names online or other online announcements, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. If, in UltraStar's opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the sweepstakes, UltraStar reserves the right to void any entries at issue and/or to modify or terminate this sweepstakes, in whole or in part, at any time without notice and award the prizes using all eligible entries received as of this termination date.
PRIZES:
Sponsor will incur cost of shipping prizes. Prize winner may not sell or trade any prize won or otherwise acquired through this sweepstakes. No substitution will be made except as provided herein at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any listed prize or prize component for one of equal or greater value if a designated prize or component should become unavailable for any reason. Prize consists of only the item specifically listed as part of the Prize. Any item, feature, cost or expense not specifically listed as part of the Prize is the sole responsibility of the winners. Winners are solely responsible for any and all applicable fees and taxes associated with prize receipt and use.
