AC/DC Today: Baby Please Don't Go

AC/DC released their second single "Love Song (Oh Jene)"/"Baby Please Don't Go" in Australia on March 3, 1975. The single was the first off of their "High Voltage" album released a just few weeks earlier, and was AC/DC's very own high energy version of the classic blues song by Big Joe Williams.
The B-side generated much more interest over "Love Song", and picked up steady airplay resulting in AC/DC's first hit in Australia. By April, "Baby Please Don't Go" would reach #10 on the Australian charts.
