AC/DC Let There Be Rock Movie Hits Theaters
May, 1982 the only movie powered by AC/DC “Let There Be Rock” was released in theaters. The concert was filmed at the Pavillon de Paris in Paris France on December 9th, 1979 during AC/DC’s “Highway To Hell” world tour and stars Bon Scott, Angus Young, Malcolm Young, Cliff Williams, and Phil Rudd. The movie opened in 49 cities throughout the United States and included band interviews, backstage, and other highlights between the live tracks. The concert was later officially issued as a 2 CD set as part of the Bonfire box set release and also includes “T.N.T.” which was not part of the film.
