AC/DC Today: Stiff Upper Lip Released, Feb 2000

It was 13 years ago this February, AC/DC released their fourteenth studio album "Stiff Upper Lip". "Stiff Upper Lip" marked the return of long-time producer George Young, as well as AC/DC's return to The Warehouse Studio in Vancouver, British Columbia. The 12-song album was accompanied by an aggressive marketing campaign prior to the launch of AC/DC's "Stiff Upper Lip" world tour which would begin in Grand Rapids, Michigan on August 1st.

In March, AC/DC would appear on MTV as well as Saturday Night Live, performing live on both television shows. The band would also film the promotional video for the title track of the album on March 14th and 15th in an undisclosed location of New York City.
