For the fourth time in a row, Geiselwind will host the International AC/DC Fan Meeting. Organized by fans for fans, it will take place at the MusicHall, located in Geiselwind at the Autohof Strohofer, right in the middle of Germany.
Fans from all over the world will gather on October 18/19, 2013 to celebrate 40 years of AC/DC. The festival will be more international than ever. Besides fans from Scotland, Denmark, Norway, France, England, Belgium, Greece and various other countries, it will present three fabulous live acts from three different countries:
FA/KE from Germany will open the festival on Friday night, October 18th. Their setlist is going to be spectacular: Bon Scott songs that have seldom been played before will be performed with absolute passion!
Buon Scotch from Italy: this band will travel from beyond the alps in order to perform on Saturday. “Ronald Teo Scotch" has presumably one of the best Bon Scott voices. The band has proven their excellence twice to the true Bon Scott experts by performing at the Bonfest 2012 and 2013 in Bon’s hometown Kirriemuir, Scotland!
Easy Dizzy: “The Russians are coming!”. Flying in directly from Moscow, Easy Dizzy will be the second act on Saturday, October 19th. They will hit the stage paying tribute especially to the Brian Johnson era. And they have some valuable references to offer: having performed several concerts with Chris Slade, AC/DC drummer of the “Razor’s Edge“ and “Big Gun“ period.
The festival will be packed with specials that will enlighten every hardcore AC/DC fan:
record and collectors fair, AC/DC body painting, video contest, the famous AC/DC truck, a strip show, the official AC/DC beer, a tattooist, a raffle with great AC/DC prices, photo history of fan meetings and many more surprises.
