To the first comment: He plays a Gretsch Jet Firebird if I still didn't lose my mind; He also used White Falcon. And I saw him using a Gibson Melody Maker, in Baby Please don't go video. Hope this helps It's really cool if you get a Gretsch, I love the pickups they have, even though mine's still not one of best of them, but I'm loving it.
I THINK I saw him using a Melody Maker, but I could be mistaken
He plays an Original Gretsch 1963 Jet Firebird handed down to him by his brother George who was in a band called the Easybeats in the 60's. The pick up is an original Filtertron, I have a cheaper Gretsch Electromatic, customised with a Gretsch HS Filtertron in the Bridge
